Established in 2004, we advise our clients in all matters related to value focussed property asset management. On that basis we offer a comprehensive range of services for commercial and residential properties.

We see ourselves as alternative real estate mangers and means we assume a forward looking and holistic role in line with our clients’ interests. We take responsibility for our results.

With a core team of five we develop and execute tailor made solutions for our clients. While we deliver most of the constituent services ourselves we also work closely with our established network of expert partners to provide the best solution to our clients.

We put great emphasis on long term client relations as we firmly believe that to be the only way to develop a truly and mutually beneficial relationship.

Our clients include high net worth individuals, family offices, private equity funds, banks and institutional investors.

Many families struggle to manage their wealth succession to the next generation and in the process vast amounts of wealth can be destroyed that could otherwise be used to leave a positive impact in the world.

Social Responsibility

Social responsibility is part of our our Impact mission. We understand ourselves to be a relevant part of society. Therefore we take our social responsibility serious. As part of our environment we do not only pursue our own interests but also challenge and foster other parts of our society and environment to make them more sustainable, more liveable and loveable. Every business is part of society and as such has a  duty and responsibility to fill this role and to not only maximise profits.

We subscribe and support the UN social development goals and are currently working on a strategy to embed actions towards those goals into our daily business processes. For example, we use electricity generated from renewable energy sources to supply most of the properties we have under management.

Areas we particularly support include financial education of children, protection of the environment and our climate and the integration of migrants into our society. We regularly give donations and carefully chose the projects that we can identify with and that generate a clear and sustainable impact.
